In case you're not 100% satisfied with the product(s), you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 30 days from receipt.
Alternatively we can issue you a store credit to place another order. In case you receive a defective/wrong sized item, the return costs to our warehouse will be fully supported by us. If the item(s) is returned for any other reason than that, the buyer supports the return costs.

Avoid running the charm along the chain/bangle as this will wear out the silver. Solvents, bleaches, household chemicals and cleaning products can tarnish silver. Some skin types can make the silver go black - this is only surface discolouration and can easily be removed with a soft, clean cloth.
